Nordspänst Sverige AB provides dietary supplements, mineral preparations, and muscle care creams designed for everyday recovery and physical comfort following exercise or physical work. Each product page specifies ingredients, dosage, and package size. Images are illustrative, and packaging appearance may vary slightly in some cases.

A purchase is completed when the order is approved at checkout. We then send you a confirmation email, and the contract becomes binding only once the items leave the warehouse. Should an item be completely out of stock or if order details are deficient, we reserve the right to decline the purchase, in which case any paid amount is promptly refunded.

All prices are displayed in SEK and include applicable VAT. Shipping is calculated and displayed at checkout before completing the purchase. Available payment methods are Bank transfer. If a price is clearly incorrect, we reserve the right to correct the amount before dispatching the package and give you the choice between proceeding with or cancelling the purchase.

Shipping methods, delivery times, and fees are detailed under shipping and payment. Responsibility for the products or parcel transfers to you the moment the shipment is signed for.

The images display the exact supplements we pack and ship from our warehouse. However, screen color settings, browser differences, and ambient home lighting may slightly affect the shade. Minor color variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for free return shipping. Ingredients, measurements, and nutrition information are clearly shown for each supplement.

We remain responsible for the parcel until the carrier hands it over to you or to the pickup point at your specified address. After that, the risk of any damage or loss rests with you. If the packaging is damaged upon collection, report it immediately to the driver or pickup agent and contact us within 48 hours.

You may cancel your purchase and return unopened items within 30 days of receipt, as outlined under return procedures. The products are covered by the three-year right of complaint under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act in the event of original manufacturing defects. Complaints regarding incorrect composition, defective packaging, or broken factory security seals must be reported to Nordspänst Sverige AB within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

• Goods with a short shelf life or sensitive perishable items
• Opened packages of dietary supplements, capsules, or muscle creams where the protective seal has been broken, for health and hygiene reasons according to applicable consumer legislation
• Goods that after delivery have been inseparably mixed with other substances
• Sealed digital instruction guides or training programs where the seal has been broken by the consumer

Nordspänst Sverige AB is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. The company's total vitality for active days toward the customer is under all circumstances limited to the total order value of the order in question or a maximum of 1 000 kr. Nothing in these terms sets aside any statutory liability under applicable consumer protection laws.

Orders are accepted from individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Our supplements should be dosed according to the container instructions and can never replace a daily health routine assessment from healthcare or medical professionals.

These general terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through dialogue with our customer service, or alternatively reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or a competent Swedish general court. In the unlikely event that we cannot reach a resolution together, the matter will be handled in a court of general jurisdiction in our registered location, with full respect for mandatory consumer protection laws where you reside.
