You can cancel your purchase with Nordspänst and return the products within 30 days of delivery, without providing any reason. This page outlines our rules, procedures, shipping fees, and refunds.
Conditions
To be eligible for a return within our 30-day withdrawal period, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and kept in its original packaging. All seals, foils, and safety caps on dietary supplements such as Nordspänst Återhämtning Pulver or Nordspänst Muskelvila Kapslar must be completely intact.
Practical guide for returns

- Receive return instructions and a valid return address from our support department.
- Pack the items securely in durable outer packaging together with the order confirmation, and ensure that all seals are intact.
- Refunds are made via bank transfer within 3-10 business days from the date the return arrives at our warehouse and is approved during quality inspection.
Who pays return shipping
If the product is defective or damaged during transit, we cover shipping: we will email you a prepaid shipping label or schedule a pickup. If you change your mind about your purchase, you pay the return shipping costs, with no hidden surcharges.
Refund timing and method
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of an approved inspection. If you paid cash on delivery, the amount will be transferred to the bank account you specify, while standard bank transfers return to the same account. Bank processing typically takes between 1 and 5 business days.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange for another product or pack size, return the item as described and simply place a new order in the store. Your refund is issued as soon as the previous item arrives at our warehouse. If an exchange is necessary due to a mistake on our part, we cover the shipping cost for your new order.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as the package has not left our warehouse. Write to [email protected] and provide your order number. If the goods have already been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.
